Cancellation Policy
Please give 24-hour notice of any cancellations. If you do not give a cancellation notice and do not come in you will be charged $50 at next appointment.
Deposits
Some services require a $50 deposit. If you do not show for your appointment the deposit is non-refundable. 15 minutes late or more you will be charged $25 and will have to reschedule.
Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased, we will exchange it for you or give you store credit. No cash refunds.
