Cancellation Policy
Please give 24-hour notice of any cancellations.
If you are 15 minutes late and we can not take you. You will owe $25.
Deposits
Some services and packages must be reserved with a credit card. This time is reserved exclusively for you. The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is appreciated. Failure to give a 24-hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. All double services have to give a $50 deposit.
Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased, we will exchange it for you or give you store credit. No cash refunds.
